Do you want to rent our entire facility or 4 or more cabins at one time ?  
(Reunion, Out of Town Wedding Guests, Bridal Party, Business Retreat, Leadership Retreat, Wine Tour, Microbrewery or Distillery Tour Groups, Girl's Weekend, Guys Weekend,  Hiking Group, Large Family Gathering, Church Retreats and so on...)  /(click-for-reservations)

Step One- Check that all of the cabins are still available on your chosen dates.  
Step Two- Call Us at 830-868-7515/303-619-8224, to reserve ASAP, first come first served.

1. Once you see that your dates are available by looking at our reservation calendar, you will  RESERVE Cabin #1 online,  and let us know in the "comment" section of the reservation that you wish to rent 4 or more cabins or the entire facility.  Also, let us if you want the Enclosed Pavilion or Outdoor Barn/Pavilion. /click-for-reservations
2. After you  book Cabin 1 online, and mention that you want 4 or more cabins, we will confirm that you have those cabins, and your RETAINER FEE will be the amount paid for Cabin 1. This will take all cabins out of inventory.  
3. Balance due will be charged to the same card 60 days before you stay. (For less than 4 cabins, the full charge will be made at the time of booking.)
4. If renting the entire facility, or at least 4 cabins, YOU CAN ALSO RESERVE The Enclosed Pavilion, NORMALLY $695 per stay.  With rental of 4 or more cabins, you can use it for  only a $200 cleaning fee.  Inquire about renting the large Open Air Barn/Pavilion.
5. We will confirm everything and provide gate code, check in process, and when your balance will be due, once we see Cabin 1 is rented. 

• All cabins are rented on a first come first served basis.
  
  Entire Facility Rental will include the following-

• All 6 cabins, each 2 bedroom- Click for Cabin description .
• The upper pavilion (for an additional fee), which has a dining area for about 50 and a large leather couch, large screen TV and and some board games.  This is a great meeting space for larger groups.  We stock the pavilion with K-cup individual coffee and tea. (Photos below)
• Full access to all of our amenities- BBQ area, smoker, outdoor picnic area,  fire pit, horseshoes, 9-hole disc golf, swimming pool, fishing pond, 2 full size bocce ball courts, volleyball, badminton, tetherball, and seasonal Flat Creek.
• Additional charge for rental of Pond View House and Outdoor Open Air Barn/Pavilion

The RATES we offer are what is currently listed on the website for the cabins.  Click on the days that you are interested in (on reservation calendar) to view specific rates.   

We require a  RETAINER FEE  equal to 1 cabin rental at time of reservation to hold 3 or more, cabins, all other rates are payable at time of reservation.
